Care Instructions:

• Remove all jewelry before showering, swimming, and using household cleaning solutions; water and chemicals can damage natural gemstones and metal. We also suggest removing jewelry before sleeping to prevent snagging and twisting the jewelry, or scratching yourself.

• Use a silver polish cloth to gently buff metal to remove oxidation. Store in a sealed ziplock bag away from moist environments like a bathroom cabinet. (Moisture can contribute to oxidation/discoloration of sterling silver and brass)

• We do not recommend using liquid silver cleaner on our jewelry, as this can ruin the finish and damage porous gemstones.

Cancellation/Return Policy:

• We do not offer Returns or Exchanges. We quality check to the best of our ability and try to maintain high quality products free of defects. However, we acknowledge that mistakes happen and if you have any issues with your order, please contact us.

• Order cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours after purchase, after which cancelations and refunds are no longer available. Once an item has shipped, we do not accept any cancellations.

 

Shipping/Liability:

• We are not liable for packages lost or damaged after it is delivered to a courier. Insurance is included in our shipping price with USPS for any order over $100.

• We are not responsible for errors made in the submitted shipping address, including, but not limited to recipient’s name. Please make sure the recipient’s name is legally registered to the place of residence. If you have a change of address it is your responsibility to contact us with your order number and let us know prior to shipping .

• Any damage caused by shipping is not our responsibility. If your package arrived damaged, please contact us and we will try our best within our own abilities to help. We recommend starting an insurance claim through the shipping service.

• For international shipping, you are responsible for paying all customs and duty fees as per your country's laws and regulations.

• In cases where an order is returned to sender for any reason, the order can be shipped again with an additional shipping fee.
